Students may register for as a minimum of 2 courses and a maximum of 4 vitural courses.

Yes. Students may still participate in sports, fine arts and extracurricular activities. However, students will be required to attend those classes in person at the scheduled time and will be responsible for their own transportation to and from school during the school day.

No. Transportation will not be provided. Students who enroll in a combination of virtual and in person classes will be responsible for providing their own transportation to and from school.

Yes. Every 6-12 grade student enrolled in CISD is provided with a technology device.

Yes. Students will need to have internet access at home in order to complete their virtual classroom assignments.

No. Classes are free.

Yes. Each class is taught by a certified instructor who is also available to assist students. Students will also have access to in person tutoring should they need assistance.

The district is currently working with Trinity Valley Community College to determine if dual credit online courses can be offered with this program.
